Spicy seafood-seasoned chicken breasts coated in flour, served with a buttery, Worcestershire, and hot sauce mixture for a delicious main dish.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay®)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • vegetable oil cooking spray
  • 2.5 tablespoons hot pepper sauce (such as Frank's RedHot®)
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  • In a large resealable plastic bag, combine flour, seafood seasoning, and salt. Add chicken breasts to the bag, seal it, and shake well to coat the chicken with the seasoned flour. Transfer the chicken to a roasting pan and spray with cooking spray before cooking.
  • Bake in the oven until the chicken is golden brown and reaches an internal temperature of at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C), about 35-40 minutes.
  • Combine hot pepper sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and unsalted butter in a large bowl. Coat baked chicken breasts with the spicy mixture before serving.
