Tropical rum fizz with fresh mint - a crowd-pleasing Caribbean delight.
Ingredients:
  • 45 ml Bacardi 8
  • 30 ml lime juiced
  • 30 ml sugar syrup
  • 1 bunch of mint leaves only
  • 1 splash of Martini Brut sparkling wine
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters
  • ice cubed
Instructions:
  • Mash together lime juice, syrup, and mint in a cocktail shaker using a muddler or a rolling pin. Use store-bought sugar syrup or make your own. Add rum, Angostura Bitters, and ice to the shaker. Shake vigorously with the lid on. Strain into a cocktail glass and fill up with champagne. Finish by garnishing with a mint leaf.
