Ingredients:
  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 150.00 gm icing sugar
  • 60.00 ml brandy
Instructions:
  • Whisk egg yolks until they are thick and have a beautiful lemon hue.
  • Gradually incorporate half of the icing sugar into the mixture, ensuring it is well incorporated with each addition.
  • Whisk egg whites in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the egg whites into the yolks along with the brandy. Enjoy with your preferred Christmas pudding.
