Peanut butter lovers rejoice with extra peanut butter and peanut butter chips in these classic cookies!
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups peanut butter chips
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare 2 large baking sheets by lining them with parchment paper.
  • Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
  • Cream together butter, peanut butter, and vanilla in a large bowl using an electric mixer until smooth. Mix in both sugars, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed. Gradually add half of the dry ingredients, then incorporate eggs one at a time until well combined. Stir in the rest of the dry ingredients and fold in peanut butter chips.
  • Take a heaping tablespoon of dough for each cookie and roll it into a 1 3/4 inch diameter ball. Place the balls 2 1/2 inches apart on baking sheets. Flatten the balls with a fork to create a crosshatch pattern on top.
  • Bake cookies until the tops are dry, approximately 15 minutes.
  • Transfer cookies from baking sheets to cooling racks to cool completely after 5 minutes.
