Effortlessly make multiple customizable omelets by cooking eggs in resealable bags.
Ingredients:
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 slices ham, chopped
  • 0.5 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh tomato
  • 2 fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chunky salsa
Instructions:
  • Prepare all your ingredients.
  • Place eggs in a spacious resealable bag, remove excess air, seal tightly, then shake or squeeze vigorously to beat the eggs.
  • Unseal the bag and generously layer in ham, Cheddar, tomato, mushrooms, onion, bell pepper, and salsa. Remove excess air, then seal the bag securely.
  • - Bring a large pot of boiling water to a lively bubble. Add the bag (or up to 8 bags) into the pot. Let it simmer for precisely 13 minutes.
  • Gently release the omelet from the bag onto a plate, allowing it to roll out smoothly.
