Delicious low-calorie breakfast omelette wraps - quick and easy!
Ingredients:
  • 2 lavash breads
  • 2 eggs
  • oil spray
  • 40g (1/2 cup) coarsely grated cheddar.
  • 40g (1/2 cup) alfalfa sprouts
  • 2-3 quartered grape tomatoes
Instructions:
  • Lay lavash breads on a clean work surface. Whisk eggs in a jug. Lightly oil a small frying pan over high heat. Pour half the egg into the pan and cook for 1 minute. Flip and sprinkle with grated cheddar. Cook for 30 seconds until set. Transfer to a lavash. Repeat with remaining egg and lavash. Finish by topping the omelettes with alfalfa sprouts and quartered grape tomatoes.
  • Roll up the dish to envelop the delicious filling, then savor it right away.
