Chicken and stuffing bake with seasoned stuffing and chicken in a creamy mushroom sauce, baked to perfection in one simple dish.
Ingredients:
  • 1.25 cups boiling water
  • 4 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 4 cups Pepperidge Farm® Herb Seasoned Stuffing
  • 6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika, or to taste
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup or Campbell's® Condensed 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 0.33333334326744 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
  • Collect all ingredients and preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Combine boiling water and butter in a medium bowl until butter is melted. Gently mix in stuffing until combined.
  • Spread the stuffing down the center of a 3-quart shallow baking dish. Place the chicken around the stuffing and generously sprinkle with paprika.
  • Combine the condensed soup, milk, and parsley in a small bowl, then pour the mixture over the chicken and cover the dish.
  • Roast in the warm oven until the chicken is cooked through and the juices are clear, approximately 30 minutes. Ensure the center reaches a minimum of 165 degrees F (74 degrees C) with an instant-read thermometer.
