Ingredients:
  • 1.5 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 (1/4 inch thick) slices ham
  • 2 large eggs
Instructions:
  • In a skillet over medium-high heat, sizzle ham in olive oil for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Gently flip the ham slices and expertly crack one fresh egg onto each slice. Lower the heat to medium-low, cover the pan, and cook until the ham is beautifully caramelized, the egg whites are perfectly set, and the yolks are luxuriously soft, which will take around 2 1/2 to 3 minutes.
