Indulge in a delicious, comforting one-pan pasta bake that will please the whole family. Dig in and savor the satisfaction!
Ingredients:
  • 420g can Condensed Cream of Asparagus Soup
  • 772.50 gm milk
  • 500g dried farfalle pasta
  • 23.40 gm wholegrain mustard
  • 2 tsp finely grated lemon rind
  • 200g green beans, trimmed, cut into thirds
  • 2 zucchini, sliced
  • 200g sliced leg ham, chopped
  • 125.00 gm boiling water
  • 62.50 ml chopped fresh chives
  • 125.00 ml grated tasty cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 200C/180C fan-forced. Pour the soup into a bowl and mix in the milk until smooth. Transfer the pasta to a 12-cup baking dish, pour the soup mixture over it, and stir well. Cover the dish tightly with foil.
  • - Bake for 20 minutes until golden. - Mix in mustard, lemon zest, peas, beans, zucchini, and ham until well combined. - Continue baking covered for another 20 minutes, or until pasta and vegetables are tender. - Uncover and stir in boiling water and chives. - Finish with a sprinkle of cheese before serving.
  • Continue baking without a cover for an additional 10 minutes, or until the top turns golden. Allow it to stand for 5 minutes prior to serving.
