Make quick and easy one-pan meatball bake in under 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 560g Beef & Pork Meatballs
  • 500g passata
  • 60g pkt Baby Spinach
  • 150g mozzarella, thickly sliced
Instructions:
  • In a large ovenproof frying pan over medium heat, sauté the onion in oil for 3 minutes until softened. Add the meatballs and cook for 5 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are browned all over.
  • Pour in the passata and simmer for 5 minutes until the meatballs are fully cooked. Take off the heat and fold in the spinach. Top with mozzarella cheese over the passata mixture.
  • Preheat the grill on high. Place the frying pan under the grill and cook for about 3 minutes, until the mozzarella is perfectly melted and turns a beautiful golden brown color.
