Creamy one-pot ground beef stroganoff made in 20 minutes with egg noodles, sour cream and spices.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1.5 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1.5 teaspoons salt
  • 1.5 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1.75 cups milk
  • 1.25 cups beef stock
  • 1 (8 ounce) package egg noodles
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.25 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown and crumble the beef in the skillet for 5 to 7 minutes; drain excess fat.
  • In a small bowl, mix together cornstarch, salt, parsley, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
  • Combine the cornstarch mixture, milk, beef stock, and egg noodles in a skillet and bring to a boil. Simmer covered over low heat, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender, approximately 5 minutes. Then, gently fold in the sour cream and Parmesan cheese until mixed.
