Grilled salmon with crispy onions and peppers.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound salmon fillet
  • 1 onion, sliced into rings
  • freshly ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • Prepare the outdoor grill by preheating it to medium heat and lightly oiling the grate.
  • Lay the salmon on a big sheet of aluminum foil, arrange the onion rings over it, season with pepper, then loosely wrap the foil around the salmon without sealing the top.
  • Grill the foil-wrapped salmon over medium heat until it flakes easily with a fork, about 15 minutes.
