Luscious salmon pâté with zesty onion, horseradish, and lemon, perfect on crunchy crackers or toast.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (7 ounce) can salmon, drained, flaked and bones removed
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons grated onion
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 0.5 cup chopped pecans
Instructions:
  • Combine salmon, cream cheese, horseradish, lemon juice, and onion in a bowl. Chill until firm, shape into a ball. Optionally coat with parsley and pecans. Refrigerate until ready to serve with crackers.
