Smoked salmon, fennel, and creamy cheese salad: an impressive and irresistible dish.
Ingredients:
  • 200g spring onion and chive cream cheese
  • 75.08 gm extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 small bulb fennel, trimmed, tough outer layers removed, shaved
  • 50g baby spinach leaves
  • 100g smoked salmon, cut into strips
  • 1 ciabatta roll, thinly sliced, lightly toasted
  • Lime wedges, to serve
Instructions:
  • Roll teaspoonfuls of cream cheese into small balls and arrange in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil for a delicious finishing touch.
  • Mix fennel and spinach together, then distribute into serving bowls. Add a sprinkle of smoked salmon and two cheese balls on top. Finish with a drizzle of cheese oil. Serve with ciabatta and a lime wedge.
