Indulgent single-serving chocolate brownies perfect for a quick fix!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened chocolate
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease 2 individual oven-proof custard dishes.
  • In a small microwaveable bowl, combine chocolate and butter. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Add sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract. Mix well. Stir in flour until thoroughly combined. Divide the brownie batter evenly between 2 prepared custard dishes.
  • Place the brownie batter in a preheated oven and bake until the center rises and the surface is glossy, typically for 25 to 30 minutes. Allow the brownies to cool a bit before serving.
