Spooky Boo Brownies

Spooky Halloween ghost brownies with ooey gooey brownie base, creamy frosting, and marshmallow surprise. A must-make treat for any Halloween gathering. Be a legend with these delightful and delicious brownies!
Ingredients:
  • 1 box (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Delights Supreme Original Brownie Mix
  • Water, vegetable oil and egg called for on brownie mix box
  • 1 cup from 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Creamy White Frosting (from 16-oz container)
  • 16 large marshmallows
  • Betty Crocker™ black decorating gel (from 0.68-oz tube)
Instructions:
  • 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (or 325°F if using a dark or nonstick pan). Line an 8- or 9-inch square pan with foil, leaving some hanging over the edges. Grease the foil with shortening or cooking spray. Follow the brownie mix instructions for an 8- or 9-inch square pan. Allow the brownies to cool completely on a rack for about 1 1/2 hours. Freeze in the pan for 15 minutes. Lift the brownies using the foil, remove them from the pan, and peel away the foil. Cut the brownies into 4 rows by 4 rows.
  • Microwave frosting in a bowl on High for 20 to 30 seconds, stirring every 10 seconds until smooth and fluid. If it becomes too firm while decorating, microwave for 5 seconds, then stir.
  • Place a large marshmallow on top of each brownie. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of frosting over each marshmallow to cover it completely. Allow the frosting to set for approximately 30 minutes. Use black gel to create eyes and mouths.
