Ingredients:
  • 2.5kg chicken wings
  • 200ml fresh orange juice (about 2 oranges)
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) honey
  • 80g (1/2 cup, lightly packed) brown sugar
  • 2.50 gm ground ginger
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 200°C. With a small sharp knife, halve the chicken wings at the joint and remove and discard the tips.
  • In a large baking dish, mix together orange juice, honey, sugar, and ginger. Add the chicken and toss until fully coated.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes. After that, stir the chicken and continue cooking, stirring every 10 minutes, for another 30 minutes until the sauce thickens and the chicken wings turn golden. Plate the chicken wings. Serve right away or refrigerate until ready to serve.
