Orange and beetroot slushie

Chill out with refreshing orange and beet slush.
Ingredients:
  • 190g beetroot
  • 2 oranges, peeled, roughly chopped
  • 250.00 ml passionfruit sorbet
  • 750.00 ml ice cubes
Instructions:
  • Put on disposable gloves. Peel and chop the beetroot into 2cm pieces. Add the beetroot, orange, sorbet, and ice cubes to a blender. Blend until creamy.
  • Divide the mixture between two chilled 2-cup glasses. Serve promptly.
