Combine lemonade, citrus sorbet, and ouzo for a refreshing and boozy twist on a classic fizzy favorite.
Ingredients:
  • 250ml (1 cup) chilled fresh orange juice
  • 250ml (1 cup) chilled lemonade
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) ouzo
  • Lemon and lime sorbet, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a large jug, mix the orange juice, lemonade, and ouzo.
  • Divide the ouzo mixture evenly among ten 75ml-capacity serving glasses. Add a small scoop of sorbet into each glass. Serve right away with the Babaganoush & roast beef pita crisps (check related recipe).
