Kids will adore these mini flower pot desserts made with OREO crumb "soil."
Ingredients:
  • 2 egg whites
  • 500ml Cream For Desserts, double cream alternative
  • 250g Milk Chocolate Melts or Dark Chocolate Melts
  • 20.00 gm caster sugar
  • 300g packet Classic OREO, ground to a powder ('dirt')
  • Spearmint leaf lollies
  • The Natural Confectionery Co Sours Squirms
  • 8 Speckle Pops
  • 250g Milk Chocolate Melts
  • 100's and 1000's, for decoration
Instructions:
  • Melt the chocolate with PHILLY in a bowl over simmering water. Remove from heat and let it cool.
  • Whisk the egg whites until soft peaks form, then gradually add and beat in the sugar until dissolved to create a fluffy meringue. Carefully fold the meringue into the chocolate mixture.
  • In 8 plastic cups, layer OREO 'dirt'. Spoon mousse into cups, then sprinkle remaining 'dirt' on top. Garnish with spearmint leaves, Sours Squirms, and Speckle Pops. Chill until ready to serve.
  • For the Speckle Pops: Begin by melting half of the chocolate in a bowl set over simmering water. Take it off the heat, then mix in the remaining chocolate until smooth.
  • Place 10 icy pole sticks on lined trays. Drizzle each stick with 1 tablespoon of melted chocolate, spreading it into a 6 cm circle while making sure 1/3 of the stick is covered in chocolate.
  • Sprinkle each pop with colorful 100’s and 1000’s, then let them set at room temperature. Keep them stored in an airtight container until ready to enjoy.
