Chicken breasts coated in tangy ranch dressing, then coated in cheesy panko mixture and baked to crispy perfection.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - rinsed and patted dry
  • 0.25 cup seasoned panko Japanese-style bread crumbs
  • 0.25 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • Heat your oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Transfer the delicious Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dressing into a spacious bowl.
  • Combine the chicken with the dressing in the bowl and toss until well coated.
  • Combine breadcrumbs, Cheddar, and Parmesan in a shallow bowl. Coat each breast with the breadcrumb and cheese mixture.
  • Lay out the chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Roast the chicken in the oven for 20-25 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and turns crispy.
