Grilled shrimp in irresistible garlic-butter sauce, juicy and flavorful, a messy delight worth savoring.
Ingredients:
  • 1 small bunch fresh Italian parsley, stemmed and roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound fresh medium shrimp - shells on, rinsed, and patted dry
  • bamboo skewers
  • 1 tablespoon seasoned salt (such as Lawry's®), or to taste
  • 0.5 cup salted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions:
  • Combine fresh parsley and flavorful olive oil in a resealable plastic bag, then add shrimp and coat them with the marinade. Remove excess air from the bag and seal it securely. Let the shrimp marinate in the refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours. Additionally, remember to soak skewers in water for about 30 minutes before grilling.
  • Heat up your outdoor grill to medium-high heat and grease the grate lightly.
  • Skewer the marinated shrimp and season with seasoned salt. Place parsley, butter, and garlic in a grill-safe pan along with the remaining marinade.
  • Grill skewers until shrimp turn pink and firm, about 3 minutes on each side. While grilling, put the grill pan on the heat and gently melt the butter-parsley mixture until the butter is a beautiful golden-brown, for about 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Take the shrimp off the skewers and gently place them into the luscious butter and parsley mixture. Give them a delightful toss to ensure they are perfectly coated. Serve promptly for the ultimate dining experience.
