Delicious baked jasmine rice with salt, vinegar, and butter for an easy and flavorful side dish.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup jasmine rice (such as Mahatma®)
  • 2.25 cups water
  • 0.25 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
Instructions:
  • - Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) and grease a 2 1/2-quart baking dish.
  • Add the rice to the baking dish.
  • Combine water, butter, salt, and vinegar in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a rolling boil, then pour over rice and stir to combine.
  • Cook until the water is absorbed and the rice is tender, about 20-25 minutes in the preheated oven.
