Simple, healthier alternative to classic fries.
Ingredients:
  • 3 medium russet potatoes
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  • Microwave the potatoes on high power for 5 minutes until just tender. Allow them to cool for a moment before slicing each one in half lengthwise, then cutting each half into 4 equal wedges.
  • Coat potatoes in a light drizzle of oil, then generously sprinkle with paprika and salt. Lay them out in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Bake in a hot oven for 40-45 minutes until golden and crispy.
