Delicious spicy meat roll with crisp veggies and herbs - perfect for lunch!
Ingredients:
  • ½ cup hot water
  • 18.00 gm white sugar
  • 20.00 ml rice wine vinegar
  • 20.00 ml white vinegar
  • 2.40 gm salt
  • 1 carrot, peeled and shredded
  • 1 lebanese cucumber, shredded
  • 2 crusty white rolls
  • 100g pkt DON Crafted Cuts Oven Roasted Pork Loin
  • 20.00 ml pate
  • Drizzle mayonnaise
  • Sliced spring onion, coriander & sliced chillies, for serving
Instructions:
  • In a small container, mix hot water with sugar, vinegars, and salt until dissolved. Add carrots and cucumber, cover, and set aside.
  • Slice the rolls lengthways through the top, then spread one side with pate and the other with mayonnaise. Finally, fill the rolls with the delicious roast pork.
  • Strain the carrot mix from the pickle liquid and layer it onto the roll with the pork. Garnish with spring onion, coriander, and chillies according to your preference.
