Overnight chai oatmeal: oats, chia seeds, almond milk, and chai spices blend for a flavorful, easy breakfast.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup almond-coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 0.25 teaspoon nutmeg
Instructions:
  • In a mixing bowl, mix together oats, almond-coconut milk, chia seeds, coconut, cardamom, cinnamon, vanilla, ginger, and nutmeg until evenly blended. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight.
