Overnight Egg-Sausage Bake

Overnight breakfast bake with eggs, cheese, and sausage for a delicious morning treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 ounces)
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
  • 6 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 pound bulk pork sausage, cooked and drained
Instructions:
  • Combine all ingredients in a spacious bowl. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours, but not exceeding 24 hours.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 2-quart casserole dish. Pour the egg mixture into the casserole.
  • Bake without cover for approximately 1 hour, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
