Overnight oats made with fruit and nuts, ready-to-eat portable breakfast.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 cup sweetened almond milk
  • 1 banana, sliced
Instructions:
  • Combine oats, yogurt, and almond milk in a jar with a lid, then refrigerate for 8 hours to overnight. Prior to enjoying, stir the oatmeal and mix in the banana.
