Prepare overnight oats for a hassle-free and delicious breakfast addition.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup rolled oats
  • 0.5 cup half-and-half
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 banana, sliced
Instructions:
  • Combine oats, half-and-half, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt in an air-tight container. Mix until well combined. Seal the container and refrigerate for 8 hours to overnight.
  • Empty the container into the oatmeal and mix well. Slice a banana and incorporate it into the mixture.
