Kid-friendly pancake delight!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup fruit jam, jelly or preserves
  • 1 cup maple-flavored syrup
  • 2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • Additional peanut butter, if desired
Instructions:
  • Warm the jam and syrup in a 2-quart saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally until heated through.
  • Preheat griddle or skillet to 375°F, and lightly grease with butter or cooking spray if needed. In a medium bowl, whisk together Bisquick mix, 1/2 cup of peanut butter, milk, and eggs until well combined.
  • Pour just under 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the hot griddle. Cook until edges are dry, then flip and cook until golden. Serve the pancakes stacked with extra peanut butter and syrup on top.
