Indulgent dairy-free caramel sauce made simply with honey and coconut cream, perfect for a paleo-friendly and gluten-free treat.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened coconut cream
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan over medium-high heat, combine honey and coconut cream, whisking until it comes to a rolling boil. Cook, stirring constantly, for 4 minutes, making sure to scrape down the sides as the caramel bubbles become fluffy and tall.
  • After 4 minutes, remove the saucepan from heat. Allow the caramel to cool for about 3 minutes to thicken.
