Quick and flavorful pan-fried boneless pork chops.
Ingredients:
  • 4 boneless pork chops, 3/4-inch thick
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup cooking oil
Instructions:
  • Skip patting the chops dry to ensure the seasonings and flour adhere perfectly.
  • Season both sides of the pork chops generously with a pinch of salt and pepper, followed by a light dusting of flour on both sides, using the back of a spoon to evenly coat the chops.
  • In a 12-inch non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium heat until it shimmers. Gently add pork chops and cook until browned, approximately 4 minutes. Avoid moving the chops until you are ready to flip them.
  • Pan fry the chops until both sides are browned and no longer pink inside, about 4 minutes per side. Use an instant-read thermometer to ensure they reach 145 degrees F (63 degrees C). Adjust heat if needed. Serve warm.
