Try this decadent fried watermelon recipe: slices of underripe melon are fried in butter until golden and seasoned to perfection with salt and pepper.
Ingredients:

  • 1 small underripe watermelon, quartered and cut into 1/2-inch slices
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
