Celebrate Shrove Tuesday with delectable sweet pancakes - indulge now!
Ingredients:
  • 120g dark cooking chocolate, chopped
  • 10 strawberries, washed, dried
  • Canola cooking spray
  • 375g Green's Original Pancake Shake
  • 400g fresh ricotta
  • Large pinch ground cinnamon
  • Maple syrup, heated, to serve
Instructions:
  • Prepare a plate with a layer of non-stick baking paper. Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water or in the microwave on medium power, stirring every minute. Hold the strawberries by their stalks, dip halfway into the melted chocolate, and place on the prepared plate. Refrigerate until the chocolate sets.
  • Coat a frying pan with canola cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Cook the pancakes following the instructions on the packet.
  • Mix the ricotta and cinnamon together. Spread one-quarter of the ricotta mixture between 3 pancakes on a serving plate. Repeat with the rest of the pancakes and ricotta mixture.
  • Place the strawberries on top of the pancake stacks and generously drizzle with maple syrup before serving.
