Baked salmon fillets coated in crispy panko, Parmesan, Italian herbs, and garlic.
Ingredients:
  • 4 (4 ounce) salmon fillets
  • 1.5 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 0.125 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  • Lay the salmon fillets in the baking pan, drizzle with zesty lemon juice, and generously season with salt and pepper.
  • Mix together panko, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder until combined. Spread the mixture evenly over the salmon filets.
  • Cook in the oven until the topping is golden and the salmon flakes with a fork, about 15 to 20 minutes.
