Crunchy panko pork chops: crispy outside, juicy inside - perfect for a delicious family dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 0.5 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt (such as Lawry's®)
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.75 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 2 (6 ounce) pork chops, about 1/2-inch to 3/4-inch thick
  • 0.25 cup oil
Instructions:
  • Spread the beaten eggs evenly on a large plate.
  • Combine flour with seasoned salt, garlic powder, and black pepper on one plate. On another plate, lay out the panko bread crumbs.
  • Coat pork chops in egg, then flour mixture, egg again, and press in bread crumbs until fully coated. Allow to rest as you heat oil.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, sear pork chops until golden brown, about 4 to 5 minutes uncovered. Flip and cook for an additional 3 to 4 minutes until fully cooked. Ensure they reach an internal temperature of at least 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
