Sail through with a quick, easy, healthy fruit salad bowl!
Ingredients:
  • 1 papaya
  • Coconut yoghurt, to serve
  • Chopped fresh raspberries, to serve
  • Finely grated lime rind, to serve
  • Toasted shredded coconut, to serve
  • Mixed seeds, to serve
  • Chopped pistachio kernels, to serve
  • Chia seeds, to serve
  • Fresh passionfruit pulp, to serve
Instructions:
  • Cut the papaya in half and scoop out the seeds to discard.
  • Spread a generous amount of yogurt on each half. Top with raspberries, lime zest, shredded coconut, assorted seeds, pistachios, and chia seeds.
  • Serve by elegantly drizzling passionfruit pulp over the dish.
