Try our quick and delicious gluten-free papaya breakfast bowls to brighten up your mornings. Ready in just 10 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 2 small (650g each) ripe papaya, halved
  • 2 x 170g tubs coconut yoghurt
  • 2 tsp finely grated lime rind
  • 42.00 gm lime juice
  • 18.15 gm coconut flakes, toasted
  • 1 mango, thinly sliced
  • 20.00 ml pepitas, toasted
  • 2 tsp black chia seeds
Instructions:
  • Trim the bottom of each papaya half to create a stable base. Remove and discard the seeds from the papaya halves.
  • Mix together yoghurt, lime zest, and lime juice in a small bowl. Fill papaya halves with the yoghurt mixture. Top with coconut flakes, mango slices, and pepitas. Sprinkle with chia seeds before serving.
