Festive Betty Crocker® gingerbread cookie dolls, perfect for Christmas desserts.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Limited Edition Gingerbread Cookie Mix
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pouch (7 oz) Betty Crocker™ Decorating Cookie Icing white icing
  • 1 pouch (7 oz) Betty Crocker™ Decorating Cookie Icing red icing
  • Hot pink decorator sugar crystals
  • Lime green sanding sugar
  • Pink and white Betty Crocker™ Decorating Decors confetti
  • 2 rolls Betty Crocker™ Fruit Roll-Ups® strawberry chewy fruit snack (from 5-oz box)
  • Miniature red candy-coated chocolate candies
  • Snowflake candy sprinkles
  • Assorted holiday candy sprinkles
  • Lime green round candies
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. Combine cookie mix, butter, water, and egg in a medium bowl until a soft dough forms.
  • Roll the dough on a floured surface to a thickness of 1/4 inch. Use a floured 5-inch gingerbread girl cookie cutter to cut out the shapes. Place the cutouts 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are set. Let cool for 1 minute then transfer from cookie sheets to a cooling rack. Once completely cool (about 15 minutes), pipe icing onto cookies in your desired design. Finish by decorating with colored sugars and candies.
