Pappadums with mint and yoghurt dip

Crispy and refreshing bite.
Ingredients:
  • 125.00 ml Greek Style Yoghurt
  • 31.50 gm thick mint sauce
  • 5.00 gm ground cumin
  • 2 tsp ground coriander
  • 100g packet mini pappadums
  • Canola oil or vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions:
  • Mix together the yoghurt and mint sauce in a small bowl, ready to use later.
  • In a separate bowl, mix cumin and coriander. Open the packet of mini pappadums.
  • Heat oil until it reaches 1/4 full in a wok or large frying pan. Carefully fry pappadums according to package directions. Drain on paper towel before serving.
  • Sprinkle pappadums with fragrant spice mixture and serve promptly with refreshing yoghurt and mint sauce.
