Paprika lamb kebab wraps

Make gourmet paprika lamb kebab wraps at home for a delicious take-away experience.
Ingredients:
  • 8 (about 600g) lamb fillets , cut into 3cm pieces
  • 21.00 gm lemon juice
  • 10.00 gm sweet paprika
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 4 pita bread
  • 1 small butter lettuce, leaves separated
  • 1 red capsicum, seeded, thinly sliced
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, cut into ribbons
  • Natural yoghurt, to serve
Instructions:
  • Marinate the lamb in a flavorful mixture of lemon juice, paprika, oregano, garlic, and oil in a covered medium glass or ceramic bowl for 15 minutes.
  • In a large frying pan over high heat, sear one-third of the lamb in hot oil, turning occasionally, for 1-2 minutes until golden brown and cooked to your preferred doneness. Remove to a plate.
  • Brown the remaining lamb in two more batches. Let it rest off the heat for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Lay a pita bread on each plate. Pile on lettuce, capsicum, onion, and cucumber. Spoon a dollop of yogurt and add a few pieces of lamb. Roll up to seal the delicious filling. Enjoy right away.
