Parmesan and herb kale chips

Enjoy crispy kale chips for a healthy and satisfying snack.
Ingredients:
  • 1 bunch (about 250g) curly kale
  • 40.00 ml finely grated Parmesan cheese (or vegetarian hard cheese)
  • 1/2 tsp dried Rosemary
  • Sea salt, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (160°C fan forced) and prepare 2 large baking trays by lining them with baking paper.
  • Prepare the kale by removing tough stems and tearing into bite-sized pieces. In a large bowl, mix olive oil, Parmesan cheese, and fresh rosemary. Add the kale leaves and toss until coated in the flavorful oil mixture. Spread the kale out in a single layer on baking trays.
  • Bake the leaves for 12-15 minutes, swapping trays halfway through, until they are crisp. Serve with a sprinkle of sea salt.
