Irresistible cheesy spread with crunchy nuts, onion, and garlic. Coated with chopped nuts for extra decadence.
Ingredients:
  • 2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2/3 cup finely chopped nuts
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped (1/4 cup)
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
  • Coarsely chopped nuts
Instructions:
  • Combine all ingredients, excluding the coarsely chopped nuts, until thoroughly mixed. Form the mixture into a ball and then coat it by rolling it in the coarsely chopped nuts.
  • Chill the cheese ball wrapped in plastic wrap for at least 8 hours but no more than 48 hours. Allow it to rest at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving.
