Whip up a delicious skillet dinner in no time with freezer-friendly turkey meatballs for a quick and hearty meal that saves you money on groceries. Ready in just 30 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen bell pepper and onion stir-fry (from 1-lb bag)
  • 2 tablespoons Italian dressing
  • 1 3/4 cups Progresso™ beef flavored broth (from 32-oz carton)
  • 1 cup uncooked orzo or rosamarina pasta (6 oz)
  • 16 frozen cooked Italian-style meatballs (from 16-oz bag)
  • 1 large tomato, chopped (1 cup)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • Heat stir-fry vegetables and dressing in a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat for 2 minutes. Add broth and bring to a boil. Stir in pasta and meatballs. Bring to a boil, then lower heat to simmer. Cover and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Mix in the tomato. Cover and cook for 3 to 5 minutes until the liquid is mostly absorbed and the pasta is tender. Add parsley and sprinkle with cheese.
