Whip up a crispy batch of golden brown dippers, perfect with warm marinara sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce, heated
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease a cookie sheet.
  • In a 1 1/2-quart saucepan, bring the milk and butter to a boil. Add the flour and stir constantly over low heat until a ball forms, about 1 minute. Remove from heat.
  • Add the eggs one at a time, ensuring the mixture is smooth after each addition. Mix in the cheese. Place rounded teaspoonfuls of dough 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet.
  • Bake until puffed and golden brown, about 15 minutes. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
