Parmesan-Dijon Chicken

Flavorful baked chicken breasts to elevate your weekday dining experience.
Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 3/4 cup Progresso™ Parmesan bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 3/4 pounds)
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine butter and mustard in a shallow dish until fully blended. In a large plastic bag, mix bread crumbs and cheese together.
  • Take each piece of chicken and generously coat all sides in the luscious butter mixture. Next, transfer the chicken into a bag of bread crumbs, seal it, and give it a good shake to coat it completely. Finally, place the coated chicken in a single layer in an ungreased 13x9x2-inch rectangular pan.
  • Bake uncovered for 20-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until chicken juices run clear when thickest part is cut.
