Delicious Parmesan-ranch chicken, bursting with flavor whether marinated or made quickly!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 0.5 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt (such as Mrs. Dash® garlic and herb)
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 cup spicy ranch dressing, or to taste
  • 0.5 cup buttermilk ranch dressing, or to taste
  • 6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 0.25 cup melted butter
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • Blend together Italian bread crumbs, panko bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, seasoning salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, mix spicy ranch dressing and buttermilk ranch dressing. Dip chicken into dressing to coat both sides, then coat in bread crumb mixture. Arrange chicken in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring there is space between pieces. Lightly drizzle chicken with melted butter.
  • Roast the chicken in the oven, already heated, until no longer pink in the middle and the juices run clear, for 30 to 35 minutes. Ensure it reaches an internal temperature of at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C) by using an instant-read thermometer.
