Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine softened butter and egg in a medium bowl. Mix in cookie mix until a soft dough forms.
  • Scoop dough using a rounded tablespoon onto a cookie sheet without greasing it.
  • Bake until edges are lightly golden brown, 11 to 13 minutes. Allow to cool for 1 minute before transferring from the cookie sheet.
