Delicious sausage and cheese mini pizzas with a spicy kick on cocktail bread. Perfect for impressing guests, especially the guys.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 pound fresh, ground spicy pork sausage
  • 4 ounces processed American cheese
  • 1 dash hot pepper sauce
  • 1 (16 ounce) package cocktail rye bread
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) for a perfectly baked dish.
  • In a large skillet, combine and cook the ground beef and sausage until nicely browned, then drain excess fat.
  • Dice the processed cheese and incorporate it into the meat mixture. Melt the cheese over low heat, stirring regularly. Mix in hot pepper sauce to your liking. Spread the meat and cheese blend onto party rye bread slices and place them on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Enjoy warm.
