Fluffy Passover rolls made with matzo meal and eggs – a must-have for any Seder!
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups matzo meal
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon white sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and lightly grease a cookie sheet.
  • In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly combine matzo meal, salt, and sugar until well mixed.
  • Boil water and oil together, then pour over matzo meal mixture, stirring until well combined. Gradually beat in eggs one at a time. Allow to stand for 15 minutes.
  • Using your hands coated in a thin layer of oil, form the dough into rolls. Place the rolls on the cookie sheet that has been prepared.
  • Cook until perfectly done in the preheated oven for 50 minutes.
